Bij TMC werk je als ondernemende professional binnen de hightech- en maakindustrie. Je combineert de zekerheid van een vast dienstverband met de afwisseling en inhoudelijke uitdaging van consultancy. Via ons Employeneurship‑model krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen in de richting die je zelf kiest of je nu start als operationeel inkoper, wilt doorgroeien naar tactisch niveau of uiteindelijk strategische verantwoordelijkheid ambieert. Je werkt projectmatig binnen uiteenlopende sectoren zoals hightech equipment, machinebouw, semicon, energie, automotive, defensie, logistiek, food, infra en precisietechniek. Je wordt onderdeel van langdurige projecten en multidisciplinaire teams, waarbij jouw bijdrage direct impact heeft op productie, engineering, supply chain en de bredere bedrijfsvoering. Binnen TMC kun je op meerdere niveaus instromen, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambities: Operationeel Inkoper (ideaal voor starters of professionals met 1–3 jaar ervaring) - Dagelijkse bestellingen, orderbewaking en leverancierscontact - Zorgen voor leverbetrouwbaarheid, actuele data en duidelijke documentatie - Knelpunten signaleren in planning, kwaliteit of voorraadbeheer - Meedenken in verbeteringen binnen procurement & supply chain Tactisch Inkoper (als je toe bent aan de volgende stap) - Onderhandelen over prijzen, condities en contracten - Ontwikkelen van leveranciersstrategieën en categorieplannen - Analyseren van spend, risico’s en prestatie-indicatoren - Schakelen met R&D, planning, productie, QA en projectmanagement Strategisch Inkoper / Category Manager (voor ervaren professionals met helikopterview) - Opstellen van langetermijnsourcing‑ en supply chain strategieën - Selecteren, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van strategische leveranciers - Stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau - Leiden van verbeterprogramma’s en kostenreducties - Doorvoeren van professionalisering binnen procurement
What we expect from you
- Een mbo-, hbo- of wo‑opleiding in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Techniek, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar - Affiniteit met inkoop (operationeel, tactisch of strategisch) - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkstijl - De drive om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen - Minimaal B2‑niveau Nederlands - Nevi I is een pre!
