About this vacancy
As a Hardware Engineer, you are responsible for designing, programming, and implementing hardware solutions for advanced automation systems. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver tailor-made solutions to our clients. Common tasks include: - Designing and specifying electrical installations and panels; - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the field of electronics and industrial automation; - Drafting the corresponding technical specifications; - Gathering the correct specifications for the electrical installation from the client; - Providing support to clients and colleagues with technical challenges.
What we expect from you
As a Hardware Engineer, you should enjoy problem-solving and delivering a fully coherent solution that meets the client’s expectations. To be successful in this role, we expect the following from you:
- You are entrepreneurial in spirit; proactive, eager to learn, and critical;
- MBO4+ or HBO (BSc) working and thinking level in the field of Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Experience with EPLAN or a similar program;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language and can switch effortlessly to English;
- You are a team player and communicatively strong.
