About this vacancy
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer who will be responsible for all phases of designing analog, power, or signal electronic boards:
- Defining the schematic based on requirements
- Supporting design and layout using software such as Altium, Orcad, and Spice
- Assisting with test and validation procedures for the boards to evaluate their functionality
- Preparing documentation
What we expect from you
- Master's degree in electronic engineering or related fields
- Experience, even gained in university settings, in hardware design
- Knowledge of software such as Altium, PSpice, or LTspice
- Familiarity with the use of laboratory instrumentation, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters
- Proficiency in Italian and English
The following will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, Bluetooth, and USB
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €30,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, upon completion of the selection process, based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit.
