Hardware Designer Engineer
To support company growth, we are looking for a Hardware Designer Engineer. The role will contribute to the development of electronic systems for space applications, working on innovative projects for next-generation space assets.

About this vacancy
Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis of system requirements and drafting of technical specifications
- Definition of hardware architecture at the board level
- Preliminary validation through electrical analysis and simulations (SI/PI, EMC, electrical/thermal derating)
- EEE component selection
- Design of electrical schematics and complex PCB layouts
- Definition and execution of test activities, including plans, procedures, and supporting equipment
What we expect from you
- Master's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in the aerospace field)
- Excellent knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics
- Extensive experience in the design of complex PCBs
- Proficiency in Altium Designer
- Advanced use of laboratory instruments
- Preferred experience in space projects compliant with ECSS/MIL standards
- Knowledge of RF devices
- Familiarity with electronic FMEA/FTA
- Experience in EMC qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Practical, proactive approach, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
- Native Italian speaker, Fluent English
