About this vacancy

TMC Electronics is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer with at least five years of industry experience. Our network spans a broad range of high‑tech domains, including semiconductors, medical technology, automotive, and consumer electronics.

In this position, you will design FPGA solutions using VHDL, working in advanced R&D settings. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, develop FPGA architectures, and perform verification and validation.

Our clients typically use Xilinx or Altera/Intel FPGA technology, so hands‑on experience with these platforms and their toolchains is essential.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science
5+ years of experience developing FPGA designs in VHDL
Familiarity with FPGA verification tools and methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM)
Experience with Xilinx or Altera/Intel ecosystems
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Tcl
Proven background in the high‑tech industry
Practical experience integrating firmware, software, and hardware
Previous mentoring or coaching experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
