About this vacancy

In this role, you play a key role in stakeholder management. You know exactly who needs to be involved and when, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and diligent. You are visible in the environment, act swiftly, and maintain oversight in projects where various interests converge. You will be involved in tasks such as: - Mapping out the interests of residents, plot owners, clients, and institutions - Aligning and maintaining contact with stakeholders throughout the entire project - Developing and executing communication plans directed at the surrounding environment - Organizing residents' meetings, consultations, and coordination processes - Identifying challenges and proactively steering solutions - Collaborating with engineers, implementers, and project leaders to ensure plans closely align with the environment Thanks to your efforts, projects keep moving forward, and trust is built among all involved parties.

What we expect from you

You are a strong conversational partner, work in a structured manner, and feel at home in a dynamic project environment.

Furthermore, you have:

A completed higher vocational education (such as Civil Engineering, Communication, Urban Planning, or similar)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure or engineering
Strong communication skills (Dutch language) and an understanding of interests
A driver’s license (Category B)
