About this vacancy

In this role, you play a key part in stakeholder management. You know exactly who needs to be involved and when, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and careful. You are present in the environment, act quickly, and maintain oversight of projects where multiple interests converge. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying the interests of residents, property owners, clients, and organizations - Coordinating and maintaining contact with stakeholders throughout the entire project - Developing and implementing communication plans directed at the environment - Organizing resident meetings, consultations, and alignment processes - Identifying bottlenecks and proactively steering towards solutions - Collaborating with engineers, operators, and project managers to align plans effectively with the environment Thanks to your efforts, projects remain on track and trust is built among all parties involved.

What we expect from you

You are a strong conversational partner, work in a structured manner, and feel at home in a dynamic project environment.

Additionally, you have:

A completed higher professional education (e.g., in Civil Engineering, Communication, Urban Planning, or a similar field)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure or engineering
Strong communication skills (Dutch language) and an understanding of interests
Driver's license B
