About this vacancy
In this role, you play a key part in stakeholder management. You know exactly who needs to be involved and when, ensuring that communication is clear, timely, and handled with care. You are visible in the surroundings, act quickly, and maintain oversight in projects where many interests converge. You will be involved with, amongst other things: - Mapping out the interests of residents, landowners, clients, and institutions - Coordinating and maintaining contacts with stakeholders throughout the entire project - Developing and implementing communication plans aimed at the surroundings - Organizing residents' meetings, discussions, and alignment processes - Identifying bottlenecks and proactively steering towards solutions - Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and project leaders to align plans effectively with the environment Thanks to your efforts, projects keep moving forward, and trust is built among all parties involved.
What we expect from you
You are a strong conversational partner, work systematically, and feel at home in a dynamic project environment. Additionally, you have: - A completed bachelor's degree (for example in Civil Engineering, Communication, Urban Planning, or a similar field) - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure or technology - Strong communication skills (Dutch language) and an understanding of interests - A category B driver's license
