TMC is looking for a driven EMVI Writer who can elevate projects within contractors, consultancy firms, and (semi-)government entities to the next level. As an EMVI Writer, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on diverse civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Writing winning EMVI plans (Most Economically Advantageous Tender) that persuade clients.
- Analyzing tender documents and providing strategic advice on the approach.
- Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other experts to gather substantive input.
- Optimizing tender processes: You contribute to improvements and implementations.
- Guiding presentations and reviews: You ensure that plans make an impact visually and orally as well.
What we expect from you
As an EMVI Writer, you are the key player in creating winning plans. You translate technical and strategic information into clear, compelling texts that perfectly align with the client’s needs. You possess:
- Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level, both verbal and written.
- A sharp analytical mindset: You grasp complex issues and understand what the client truly wants.
- Strong writing skills: You communicate clearly, convincingly, and to the point.
- Affinity with civil engineering: You understand the world of consultancy firms, contractors, and government projects.
- Project experience: You have experience in tender or project environments.
- A proactive attitude: You contribute to strategic decisions and are a reliable discussion partner for stakeholders.

- A salary between €3,000 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
