About this vacancy
As a Project Leader in Civil Engineering and Energy, you play a central role in the realization of projects, from preparation to execution. Depending on your experience and interests, you can think of: - Managing and coordinating civil engineering projects (e.g., infrastructure, networks, energy projects) - Monitoring planning, budget, and quality - Liaising with stakeholders such as clients, contractors, engineering firms, and municipalities - Guiding project teams and serving as a substantive and organizational point of contact - Preparing and structuring projects (from design phase to execution phase) - Identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring optimal project progress - Contributing ideas about sustainable and innovative solutions within projects - Advising clients on feasibility, approach, and choices
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Built Environment, Land and Water Management, or a similar field
- ± 3–8 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or energy
- Experience with project coordination or ambition to grow into project management
- Affinity for infrastructure projects and/or energy transition
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
- Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B2 level)
