• Project Management: management of electrical projects, from initial planning to implementation and commissioning of systems.
• Budget & Cost Control: project cost monitoring, budget management, variance analysis, and definition of corrective actions.
• Planning & Scheduling: milestone definition, activity planning, and project progress monitoring.
• Technical Coordination: supervision of electrical design activities related to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, power distribution, and automation systems.
• Supplier and Procurement Management: supplier coordination, preparation of purchase technical specifications, offer evaluation, and supply verification.
• Technical Alignment: verification of compliance of proposed solutions with technical, economic, and contractual requirements.
• Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational risks.
• Stakeholder Management: interface with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities.
• Document Supervision: control of technical documentation and verification of compliance with project and regulatory standards.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in managing electrical projects and orders in an industrial environment.
• Ability to manage budgets, plan activities, and monitor project progress.
• Experience in coordinating technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of industrial electrical engineering, with particular reference to PCC panels, MCC panels, PLC/I-O systems, and distribution systems.
• Familiarity with EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD for reading, verifying, and supervising technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical sizing principles, drives, inverters, and power components.
• Knowledge of standards EN 60204-1, ISO 13849-1, and regulations applicable to machinery safety.
• Ability to manage technical procurement and evaluate supplier offers.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000.00, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to proposing a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in accordance with the company’s policies currently in effect.
