Electrical Engineer AIT - Aerospace & Telescopes
You will join the TMC team for AIT and V&V activities as a technical reference in the electrical/electronic field. You will be an operational figure who integrates, tests, and resolves issues, transferring knowledge to the team.

About this vacancy
- Integrating electrical/electronic racks: assembly, system setup, commissioning.
- Checking wiring and correcting anomalies/malfunctions if necessary.
- Performing functional tests and supporting V&V using dedicated tools and software (test bench, measurement instruments, test automation tools).
- Understanding and addressing issues related to test "chambers"/systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in building-integrated systems (power distribution, panels, system interfaces, basic safety).
- Collaborating with AIT, Engineering, and Operations, bringing method, autonomy, and pragmatism.
What we expect from you
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic field (or equivalent).
- Experience in electrical/electronic integration and testing on complex systems.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, using measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.), and familiarity with bench tools.
- Confidence with V&V tools/software and non-conformity management.
- Practical approach, problem-solving skills, autonomy in the field; team spirit and clear communication.
- Fluent in Italian; English useful for manuals and supplier interaction.
Nice to have (non-mandatory pluses):
- Experience with test benches and test automation;
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and relevant standards;
- Familiarity with lab/chamber infrastructures (e.g., environmental, climatic, cleanroom) and access procedures.
