About this vacancy
The energy transition requires a reliable and intelligently managed high-voltage grid. As an Electrical Engineer High Voltage, you contribute to this by working on the secondary part of high-voltage systems: control, protection, and signaling.
You are part of a project team and work on projects for national and regional grid operators, ranging from adjustments to existing installations to the complete construction of new high-voltage stations.
What will you do?
- Design and create schematics for secondary systems
- Perform calculations and make component selections
- Create diagrams in Eplan, Elcad, or AutoCAD
- Translate technical specifications into work packages
- Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines on integration and feasibility
What we expect from you
You want to do work that matters and see that your contribution has an impact. You take initiative, think ahead, and enjoy collaborating in an environment with short communication lines.
- MBO or HBO-level educational background, with a specialization in electrical engineering or energy technology
- Preferably 3 years of work experience in energy technology; if you are a starter with relevant internship experience, we also invite you to apply
- Experience with AutoCAD; knowledge of Eplan and/or Elcad is a plus
- Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Proactive attitude, you don’t wait but think and act ahead
