About this vacancy
You will define, structure, and enable DevSecOps governance and security standards aligned with modern cloud, security, and automation practices. You will contribute to the creation of clear, scalable, and audit-ready frameworks across the software development lifecycle.
This role is primarily focused on policy definition, standards, and training/enablement, rather than hands-on technical implementation.
What we expect from you
- +5 years of experience in DevSecOps, Information Security, or Cloud Security governance
- Strong experience in defining and documenting security policies and standards in enterprise environments
- Solid knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, CIS, and CSA
- Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and application security principles
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines security and DevSecOps best practices
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) security and cloud provisioning controls
- Familiarity with container and platform security concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or knowledge transfer programs
- Strong ability to translate technical security requirements into clear, actionable standards
- Good communication skills with ability to work across technical, security, and business stakeholders
