As a Senior Structural Engineer for Civil Structures through TMC, you work on technically challenging projects where your calculations and designs ultimately come to life outdoors.

For a leading engineering firm, we are looking for an experienced structural engineer who is not only technically strong but also willing to take responsibility and share their knowledge with colleagues.

What we expect from you

What will you do?

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you are an important technical linchpin in projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and calculating civil structures, such as bridges, pumping stations, and concrete structures;
• Reviewing designs, calculations, and technical drawings;
• Taking technical responsibility within projects;
• Guiding and coaching less experienced structural engineers;
• Advising clients on technical solutions;
• Collaborating intensively with project managers, modelers, and specialists from fields like geotechnics and hydraulic engineering.

So, you're not just the one doing the calculations. You contribute to the design, ensure technical quality, and help the team move forward.

Projects with visible impact

No endless series of similar calculations, but diverse projects within civil engineering. Think of the structural challenges around sewage treatment plants, energy stations, bridges, and other infrastructural works of art.

Increasingly, you will work in a multidisciplinary way. Structural engineering, geotechnics, hydraulic engineering, and other technical disciplines come together to create smart, feasible, and sustainable solutions.

We are particularly looking for an experienced structural engineer who masters their craft and is ready for a role with more responsibility.

You have extensive experience in designing and calculating civil structures and are familiar with relevant calculation software such as SCIA Engineer, Technosoft, or similar programs.

In addition, you enjoy sharing knowledge. You can provide technical guidance to colleagues, are confident in making decisions, and are a reliable discussion partner for both technical specialists and clients.
