About this vacancy
As a Design Engineer, you will work on the development, design, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems. You will be an essential part of the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing components and systems for commercial vehicles.
- Utilizing CAD tools (Catia, Creo OR Simens NX) to create and optimize designs.
- Ensuring that designs meet functional, safety, and sustainability requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless system and component integration.
- Work with enitre product development cylce from concepts to industrialization.
What we expect from you

Experience within any below is desirable:
- A degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related field.
- At least four years of experience in mechanical design and product development within the automotive industry in Sweden.
- Proficiency in the CAD tools.
- Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
