CONTROLLER - DEFENSE SECTOR

About this vacancy

The resource will be integrated into the Finance/Controlling function and will support the economic-financial management of programs and projects in the defense sector. The role involves monitoring economic performance, analyzing variances, and assisting project managers in strategic decision-making. ### **Main Responsibilities** - Monitor costs, revenues, and project margins - Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process - Analyze variances against the budget and propose corrective actions - Prepare periodic reporting for management (KPIs, economic analyses) - Collaborate with Program/Project Managers for work progress control - Manage and monitor cash flow and project progress status (SAL) - Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with procedures and standards - Contribute to the improvement of management control processes

What we expect from you

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Experience (at least 1 year) in controlling roles, preferably on contracts/projects
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of accounting principles and management control
• Ability to analyze data and interpret KPIs
• Italian native speaker
• Good knowledge of the English language
