About this vacancy
At TMC, you have the opportunity to give your career in architecture a strong start as a Trainee. During this traineeship, you will contribute to leading architectural projects at diverse organizations, such as consulting and engineering firms, contractors, and public sector clients. These include residential construction, commercial building projects, renovation, and sustainability initiatives that visibly contribute to the built environment in the Netherlands. The traineeship combines on-the-job learning with ample room for your personal and professional development. You will receive a permanent employment contract with TMC and work on a project basis with different clients. This allows you to gain broad experience in architecture within a short period, while benefiting from the security, guidance, and development opportunities of a stable employer.
What we expect from you
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Construction Engineering or Architecture
- A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude: at TMC, we encourage personal initiative and innovation.
- Strong communication skills: you excel at conveying your ideas, both in writing and verbally.
- The flexibility to work in various regions (North Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland, South Holland, Zeeland).
- An affinity for project-based work and the ambition to contribute to challenging projects with diverse clients
