What we expect from you
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical field.
- Passionate about infrastructure, water management, or construction projects, and eager to build your career in this direction.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: at TMC, we encourage initiative and innovation.
- Strong communication skills: you convey your ideas effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- The flexibility to work in various regions (Noord-Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland, Zuid-Holland, Zeeland).

What you can expect from us
At TMC, you have the unique opportunity to start as a Trainee. In this traineeship, you will work on leading projects in civil engineering at various companies and organizations, such as consultancy firms, engineering agencies, contractors, and government institutions. From road construction to water management, you’ll engage in projects that truly contribute to the progress of the Netherlands. This traineeship allows you not only to learn through practical experience but also to develop your entrepreneurial skills. You will receive a permanent contract while working on a project basis for different clients. This way, you’ll enjoy the benefits of a dynamic career, along with the security of a stable position.
