About this vacancy
As a Civil Engineering Engineer at TMC, you work on a variety of projects within infrastructure, area development, and civil constructions. You are responsible for designing, calculating, and elaborating technical solutions. You switch effortlessly between theory and practice, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve the best results.
Your activities include:
- Designing and calculating civil engineering structures (roads, hydraulic engineering, infrastructure);
- Analyzing technical challenges and devising innovative solutions;
- Coordinating and aligning with clients, contractors, and other project partners;
- Guiding projects from concept to realization;
- Contributing to the development of new techniques and processes.
What we expect from you
At TMC, we believe in the power of entrepreneurship and driven professionals. Therefore, we are looking for someone who meets the following characteristics:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within civil engineering;
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent;
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, and excellent communication abilities;
- Residing in Gelderland or North Brabant (or willing to travel within this region);
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
