The Örebro region is characterized by world-leading players in mining technology, defense industry, automation, and advanced manufacturing.
The mining and rock technology industry is investing in next-generation automated and electrified solutions, while the defense industry and the region's manufacturing companies are scaling up and developing their operations.
To meet this development, TMC is establishing a new regional unit with the mission to build long-term partnerships and develop our delivery capacity in the region.
The role is suitable for someone who has experience in business development, building customer relationships, and leading teams within technical or consultancy operations, and who now wants to take full responsibility for business, delivery, and growth.
What the role entails:
- You own a regional P&L and build a long-term operation from the ground up.
- You develop strategic customer relationships at the executive level within the region’s key industries.
- You mobilize and lead technical teams around critical deliveries and development initiatives.
- You create recurring business rather than individual engagements.
- You build a local presence connected to TMC’s global model and network.
- You drive business and delivery as an integrated whole.
What we expect from you
-Has experience in building or scaling business in complex B2B environments. -Understands the interplay between business, technology, and operational delivery. -Has an entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. -Thrives in building rather than managing. -Builds trust at senior decision-making levels within customer organizations. -Takes full responsibility for business, results, and long-term development. -Experience from consulting or professional services firms is advantageous, especially in roles close to complex customer deliveries.
