Do you have experience working in a staffing or secondment agency and are you ready to dive into the world of New Product Introduction (NPI)? As a Business Manager, you play a key role in expanding this cell further. As a Business Manager within TMC NPI: • You are responsible for attracting, selecting, and inspiring technical talent that fits within our NPI community. • You build a strong network of engineers and high-tech professionals. • You support experienced Business Managers in their daily activities, including commercial conversations, client alignment, and talent management. • You learn how to analyze NPI profiles and client needs, enabling you to become a true specialist in this field. • You contribute to the success of your team and the growth of TMC as an organization.
What we expect from you
What do you bring?
• 2–5 years of work experience within a consultancy or recruitment organization.
• A natural energy for connecting with people and inspiring technical talent.
• An intrinsic motivation to learn about New Product Introduction and develop into a specialist in this area.
• Strong communication skills, perseverance, and a commercial mindset.
• A proactive attitude: you spot opportunities and take action before anyone has to ask you.
• You speak fluent Dutch and proficient English.
