About this vacancy
Now we’re strengthening TMC in MedTech – an area where technology, regulatory requirements, and business development intersect. We are looking for a Business Manager who wants to build long-term customer relationships in MedTech and take operational business responsibility together with our employeneurs. At TMC, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you will have a broad mandate.

* Drives B2B sales in knowledge-intensive environments
* Understands how regulations, quality, and business interconnect
* Takes responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship
* Works closely with employeneurs and creates the right conditions for long-term projects
* Is self-driven and thrives with clear expectations
