About this vacancy
We are strengthening TMC within Defense – a strategic growth area with high demands on quality, security, and sustainability. We are looking for a Business Manager who will drive the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right assignments, the right clients, and sustainable development. At TMC, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you have significant authority. We don’t dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.

This is a role for someone who: * Drives B2B sales methodically and with a long-term perspective * Takes responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship * Builds trust at the decision-making level * Works closely with employeneurs and ensures projects align with both business and career goals * Drives yourself without the need for micromanagement
