Now we are strengthening TMC in Defense – a strategic growth area with high demands on quality, security, and long-term vision. We are looking for a Business Manager who can drive the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right assignments, the right customers, and sustainable development. At TMC, we have a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within this framework, you have significant autonomy. We don't dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.
What we expect from you
This is a role for someone who: * Drives B2B sales methodically and with a long-term perspective * Takes responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship * Builds trust at the decision-making level * Works closely with employeneurs and ensures that projects align with both business and career goals * Motivates themselves without the need for micromanagement
