About this vacancy
We are now strengthening TMC within Defense – a strategic growth area with high demands on quality, security, and sustainability. We are looking for a Business Manager who drives the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and works closely with employeneurs to ensure the right assignments, the right clients, and sustainable development. At TMC, we have a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within this framework, you are granted extensive autonomy. We do not dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.
What we expect from you
This is a role for you if you: * Methodically and sustainably drive B2B sales * Take responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship * Build trust at the decision-making level * Work closely with employeneurs and ensure projects align with both business and career goals * Drive yourself without the need for micromanagement
