About this vacancy
In September 2024, TMC launched the establishment of the Business, IT, and Data cell. As a Business Manager, you will strategically contribute to the further expansion and development of our new cell. A role full of responsibility and autonomy, combined with a pleasant working atmosphere. **What will you do?** - Work independently in the Groningen area to represent the Business, IT, and Data cell in this region; - Help drive the strategic development of this new cell in Groningen; - Take commercial responsibility for finding the perfect match between partner, work entrepreneur, and TMC; - Maintain and build partnerships within the Business, IT, and Data cell; - Discuss projects with partners and match work entrepreneurs from your team to these assignments; - Guide the work entrepreneurs from your team in their careers and (personal) development; - Search for and approach future Employeneurs via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network; - Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
What we expect from you
- Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably with a commercial focus.
- Extensive network and experience in the Groningen, Hengelo, or Arnhem area.
- Knowledge of Business, IT, and Data.
- Preferably has knowledge of energy suppliers and IT needs.
- Curious and focused on understanding candidates and clients; people-centric.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience in recruitment and/or sales; ambition to become a top business manager.
- Commercial, result-oriented, and determined to achieve goals.
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented with a creative recruitment approach.
