We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in banking and project management, capable of leading functional requirements gathering, coordinating technical teams and suppliers, performing functional testing, and providing comprehensive follow-up on digital transformation and customer service projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Gathering and defining functional requirements together with the business team.
- Coordination with technical teams and external suppliers.
- End-to-end project follow-up, including milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Preparation of functional documentation and test plans.
- Execution and validation of functional testing/UAT.
- Participation in projects related to customer service and call centers.
- Reporting and coordination with stakeholders.

What we expect from you
