Als Bouwkundige Tekenaar bij TMC ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en realisatie. Jij vertaalt ideeën naar heldere, technisch kloppende tekeningen en modellen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen woningbouw, utiliteit of industriële bouw — afhankelijk van jouw expertise en ambitie.
What we expect from you
- Je bent technisch sterk, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig.
- Je voelt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en durft initiatief te nemen.
- Daarnaast heb je: Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde
- Ervaring met AutoCAD en/of Revit Kennis van bouwbesluit en relevante regelgeving
- Een gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
- De drive om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen Ervaring met BIM-coördinatie? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
