Als bouwkundig projectleider bij TMC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en coördineren van diverse bouwkundige projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, aannemers en interne teams om projecten succesvol af te ronden binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteitseisen.

What we expect from you
- Afgeronde opleiding in Bouwkunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en ervaring met het leiden van multidisciplinaire teams.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Kennis van bouwvoorschriften en veiligheidsnormen.
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
