About this vacancy
Deze vacature is bedoeld voor bouwkundig ontwerpers die zich willen ontwikkelen binnen een projectmatige, technische omgeving, maar wel met de zekerheid en begeleiding van TMC. Je werkt bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers, terwijl TMC jouw vaste thuisbasis is. Bij TMC sta jij als professional centraal: jij bepaalt samen met je Business Manager welke projecten passen bij jouw ambities, kennis en ontwikkelrichting.
What we expect from you
- Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding Bouwkunde
- Ervaring of sterke interesse in bouwkundig ontwerpen
- Kennis van ontwerpfases (SO, VO, DO, UO)
- Ervaring met Revit (pré) en/of AutoCAD
- Technisch inzicht en oog voor detail
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
- Proactieve houding en communicatief vaardig
- Minimaal C1 of C2 niveau nederlandse taal
