As a BLVC Writer, you are responsible for drafting clear and actionable plans in the areas of Accessibility, Livability, Safety, and Communication. You ensure that complex civil engineering projects run smoothly, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders: from residents and road users to governments and contractors. Your tasks include, among others: - Analyzing project data and translating it into concrete BLVC plans. - Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to optimize the plans. - Monitoring the feasibility, practicability, and compliance of the plans. - Advising on risk management and communication. - Contributing to the quality and sustainability of projects in the North Brabant and Southern Netherlands region.
What we expect from you
As a BLVC Writer, you are the specialist who translates complex projects into clear plans and communication. You have a keen eye for detail, understand the importance of stakeholder management, and know how to make projects executable and successful. **Your profile:** - Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written. - A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure projects. - Excellent writing skills in both Dutch and English. - Affinity for drafting BLVC plans and managing expectations. - Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented. - Strong communication skills and a true team player.
