About this vacancy
Als BIM-Modelleur bij TMC Civiele Techniek en Bouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en beheren van gedetailleerde 3D-modellen voor en bij onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met andere specialisten van onze klanten en andere stakeholders om de ontwerpen te optimaliseren. Daarnaast lever je technische ondersteuning aan het bouwteam en draag je bij aan het bouwproces van begin tot eind.
What we expect from you
- Afgeronde opleiding in Civiele Techniek of Bouwkunde
- Ervaring met BIM-software zoals Revit, Civil 3D of Tekla
- Kennis van Visual Scripting, Dynamo of Grasshopper is een pre
- Kennis van bouwprocessen en bouwtechnieken
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders
- Een proactieve houding en oog voor detail
- Werkervaring bij de overheid, aannemerij of ingenieursbureaus
- Goed in het vroegtijdig signaleren van problemen en het opsporen van mogelijke oorzaken
