About this vacancy
As a BIM Modeler at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you are responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models for and with our clients. You work closely with other specialists from our clients and other stakeholders to optimize the designs. Additionally, you provide technical support to the construction team and contribute to the building process from start to finish.
What we expect from you
- Completed education in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, Inventor, or Sofistik
- Knowledge of Visual Scripting, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus
- Understanding of construction processes and construction techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Work experience with government, contractors, or engineering firms
- Skilled at early identification of issues and pinpointing potential causes

- Salary €3,200 - €5,000 gross per month
