Als Beheerder Openbare Ruimte bij TMC word je ingezet bij gemeenten en overheidsorganisaties in Zuid-Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van wegen, groen, civiele kunstwerken en andere assets binnen de openbare ruimte.
Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor beheer- en onderhoudsvraagstukken en werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen, aannemers en adviseurs.
Je werkzaamheden:- Beheren van assets in de openbare ruimte
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van beheer- en onderhoudsplannen
- Coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden
- Afstemmen met aannemers en leveranciers
- Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen
- Bewaken van budgetten en kwaliteit
- Adviseren over vervangings- en renovatieopgaven
What we expect from you
- Nederlandse taal C1/C2
- Hbo Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring binnen beheer of openbare ruimte
- Kennis van assetmanagement
- Organisatorisch sterk
