About this vacancy
Als Assetmanager bij TMC werk je aan het beheer en de instandhouding van civiele assets zoals bruggen, wegen, rioleringen, kademuren en openbare ruimte. Jij brengt de technische staat, risico’s, prestaties en kosten van assets in kaart en vertaalt die naar strategisch en tactisch beheer.
Je analyseert inspectiegegevens, stelt meerjarenonderhoudsplannen op, voert risicoanalyses uit en adviseert over onderhoudsmaatregelen, vervangingsinvesteringen en duurzaamheid. Je werkt aan projecten voor gemeenten, provincies of netbeheerders – vaak in samenwerking met beheerders, inspecteurs, ingenieurs en beleidsadviseurs.
Assetmanagement is cruciaal in de opgave om onze infrastructuur veilig, betaalbaar én toekomstbestendig te houden. Binnen TMC krijg je de ruimte om inhoudelijk te groeien én impact te maken op maatschappelijk niveau.
What we expect from you
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Assetmanagement, Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op niveau C1/C2, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- 0 tot 5 jaar ervaring in beheer, onderhoud of assetmanagement van infrastructuur of openbare ruimte.
- Je hebt affiniteit met data-analyse, risicogestuurd beheer en systeemdenken.
- Bekendheid met RAMS, RCM, LCC, of ISO 55000 is een pré.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt analytisch en communiceert helder.
- Je vindt het leuk om technische en beleidsmatige vraagstukken te verbinden.
