About this vacancy
As a Building Inspector at TMC, you are the expert who thoroughly inspects existing real estate and drafts maintenance plans that keep the buildings future-proof. You are responsible for identifying defects, assessing the condition of the property, and translating your findings into clear and achievable long-term maintenance plans (MJOPs). #LI-CW1
What we expect from you
- Completed secondary vocational education (MBO+) or higher professional education (HBO) in Architecture or a similar field.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural inspections or maintenance planning.
- Experience with MJOPs and architectural inspection reports; familiarity with AutoCAD or O-Prognose is a plus, or willingness to learn.
- Precise, independent, and strong communication skills, with attention to detail and quality in existing real estate.

- Salary €3,200 - €5,000 gross per month
