About this vacancy
As a structural advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of interesting projects after completing your induction program. During your induction program, you will shadow a colleague who will guide you through project management and property care. Among other tasks, you will be involved in maintenance management, project management, and demolition management.
What we expect from you
- Completed secondary vocational education (mbo+)/higher professional education (hbo) in the field of Construction Engineering (HTS/MTS/TU), or equivalent;
- 0-2 years of work experience in an inspection role or as a work preparer;
- Preferably within a radius of 50km around Rosmalen.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit & 0-prognosis;
- Strong communication skills;
- No 9-to-5 mentality.
