About this vacancy
As a construction consultant, you are—after an onboarding process—responsible for overseeing various interesting projects. During your onboarding, you will shadow a colleague who will guide you through project management and real estate care. Your responsibilities include maintenance management, project management, and demolition management.
What we expect from you
- Completed secondary vocational education (mbo+)/higher professional education (hbo) in the field of Construction Engineering (HTS/MTS/TU), or equivalent;
- 0-2 years of work experience in an inspection role or as a work preparer;
- Preferably within a radius of 50km around Rosmalen.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit & 0-prognosis;
- Strong communication skills;
- No 9-to-5 mentality.
