Aeronautic Methods & Processes Engineer

About this vacancy

Reporting directly to the production manager, you will lead continuous improvement and production streamlining, ensuring high-quality standards while containing operating costs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing product industrialization in compliance with timelines and directives.
• Developing advanced processes for machines and equipment, maximizing the quality/cost ratio.
• Creating and updating manufacturing documentation (bills of materials, work cycles, operation sheets).
• Analyzing workflows, standard times, and layouts to improve performance, reduce waste, and optimize costs.

Drafting cost estimates for complex mechanical and hydraulic assemblies based on preliminary drawings.

What we expect from you

• Degree or technical diploma (preferably aeronautical)
• 2/3 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical drawing, precision mechanical machining, time estimation, and assemblies
• Knowledge of dimensional/NDT controls and special processes (heat treatments on steel/aluminum and galvanic treatments).
• Proficiency in Office, ERP, Catia V5, CAD/CAM systems, and programming of CNC machine tools.
