About this vacancy
As a Advisor Water and Climate Adaptation at TMC, you work on practical and innovative solutions for water and climate-related challenges. This includes drafting rainwater plans, conducting climate stress tests, developing infiltration solutions, and advising on the design of public spaces with a focus on heat stress, drought, and waterlogging. You assist in analyzing data, preparing recommendations, and communicating solutions with clients such as municipalities, water boards, and consultancy firms. You will have the opportunity to grow both technically and professionally, under the guidance of experienced colleagues in the Business Cell Environment & Sustainability.
What we expect from you
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- A completed HBO or WO degree in Water Management, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Climate & Management, or a similar field.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience in water management, climate adaptation, or spatial projects.
- Interest in current topics such as climate adaptation, sustainable design, and urban water.
- You are analytical, eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with various parties.
- Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, or policy frameworks such as the Delta Plan Spatial Adaptation is a plus.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €5,000, depending on experience and education.
