About this vacancy

As a Work Planner, you ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. You translate the technical requirements into a concrete executable plan and oversee progress behind the scenes. Your tasks include: - Preparing projects, both technically and administratively, within underground infrastructure. - Applying for permits and coordinating with municipalities and other external parties. - Ordering and monitoring materials and resources. - Creating and maintaining schedules and project files. - Supporting contractors and technicians with the right information and documentation. - Managing revisions, reports, and proper financial completion. Thanks to your attention to detail and proactive attitude, you ensure that projects are delivered on time, safely, and according to schedule.

What we expect from you

Completed vocational education (MBO) level 4 in a technical field.
You are a starter or have up to approximately 2 years of experience as a work planner or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organizationally strong, accurate, and proactive.
Driver’s license B.
