About this vacancy
As a Work Planner, you ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. You translate the technical requirements into a concrete executable plan and monitor progress behind the scenes. Your tasks include: - Technically and administratively preparing projects within underground infrastructure. - Requesting permits and coordinating with municipalities and other external parties. - Ordering and monitoring materials and resources. - Drafting and maintaining schedules and project files. - Supporting fieldworkers and technicians with the right information and documentation. - Handling revisions, reports, and ensuring correct financial completion. Thanks to your attention to detail and proactive approach, you ensure that projects are delivered on time, safely, and according to schedule.
What we expect from you
- A completed vocational education (MBO) level 4 in a technical field.
- You are a starter or have up to approximately 2 years of experience as a work planner or in a similar role.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizationally strong, accurate, and proactive.
- Driver's license B.
