  • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors during equipment implementation.
Hands‑On Technical & Operational Support
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computerized systems used in the laboratory environment.
  • Map and improve data flows, ensuring data integrity and smooth integration of analytical instruments.
  • Standardize and maintain installation, administration, and maintenance procedures according to GMP, GAMP, USP, and ERES.
  • Support daily lab operations by troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating vendor interventions.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain the Equipment Validation Master Plan, including inventory, qualification status, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all equipment lifecycle activities comply with cGMP requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Contribute to the LEAN maturity of the team through process optimization and standardization.
  • Collaborate with global teams on broader Lab Systems initiatives and platform-level improvements.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, or equivalent experience in a similar function.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge of GMP and lab automation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical or equipment-related projects.
