About this vacancy

We are looking for an **ITIL Change Manager** to ensure the smooth daily execution of the **change management process**. You will be responsible for compliance with procedures, the quality of implemented changes, and coordination between various stakeholders. Your role is central to managing operational risks, planning changes, and continuously improving ITSM processes, working closely with technical teams and the managers of other ITIL processes.

What we expect from you

  • Management and administration of the change management process in accordance with ITIL best practices
  • Ensuring the execution of the process as documented
  • Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Verification of the quality of submitted changes
  • Validation of change documentation:
    • implementation steps
    • risk mitigation measures
    • blackout plans
    • adherence to the change schedule
  • Analysis and inclusion of standard changes in the dedicated catalog
  • Review of unsuccessful changes to identify areas for improvement
  • Overall analysis of the change schedule to detect and prevent conflicts
  • Management of CAB agendas
  • Facilitation and validation of emergency changes
  • Presiding over CAB and eCAB meetings
  • Conducting retrospective reviews to evaluate compliance and adherence to schedules, aligning with a continuous improvement approach
  • Proven experience in ITIL Change Management and Service Management
  • Strong understanding of IT processes, technical environments, and operational risks
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and influence
  • Demonstrated abilities in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and strong team spirit
  • ITIL v4 Certification required
