About this vacancy

As part of compliance with the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation and EBA directives, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the remediation of outsourcing activities. You will work in a cross-functional scope, closely collaborating with business, legal, IT teams, and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance, structure governance, and oversee the operational monitoring of remediation actions. The position is based in Luxembourg and is set within a demanding regulatory context, requiring precision, coordination, and analytical skills.

What we expect from you

Piloting and governance of remediation actions related to outsourcing
Supporting the head of outsourcing in deploying the DORA compliance strategy
Overall monitoring of the contract portfolio and progress of remediation actions
Preparation of reporting materials and executive committee documents
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders (business units, legal, providers, management)
Conducting COPRO sessions and follow-up meetings
Qualification of outsourced services and evaluation of their criticality based on DORA/EBA criteria
Supporting business units in the use of qualification tools
Updating and maintaining regulatory registers (ROI, EBA, internal register)
Contribution to contractual tasks:
- Integration of DORA clauses in amendments
- Analysis and challenge of contractual clauses according to the context
- Negotiation with providers to secure commitments
Participation in gathering elements for internal and external audits
Preparation of files for supervisory authorities
Drafting exit plans, supporting their implementation and testing
Desired experience in risk management, regulatory compliance or legal matters
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a sense of confidentiality
Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to solve complex issues
Good level of contract analysis and understanding of legal implications
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse profiles
Ability to challenge diplomatically
Advanced proficiency in Excel for consolidating multi-source data
