Employeneurs at TMC Manufacturing Support work in a variety of roles. As production, process and quality engineers, for example. But also as directors of operations or chief operating officers. We do this at large multinationals. As well as in smaller organizations – occasionally with as few as ten employees – that do not yet benefit from a full-time production optimization employee.

We help our clients by filling vacancies based on our knowledge of what it really takes. With this approach, we quickly increase their capacity and ensure that organizations meet their production goals. Are further steps required? Then we stand side by side with the client, taking a deep dive into the issues, to explore the cause of the problem and provide recommendations that will lead to the solution.

Sometimes the client takes it from there, working out that solution themselves. In other cases, we implement them. For example, by filling that one vacancy. By providing training or implementing a supporting software tool. Or by working to change strategy or culture.
