About this vacancy

As a ServiceNow Analyst/Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and customization of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into suitable functional solutions. Your tasks will include writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications, as well as establishing acceptance criteria. You will work on configuring interfaces, creating scripts, pages, and business rules, and you will ensure the management of application updates, data loading, and maintenance. You will also contribute to the creation of catalog items, drafting analysis documents for forms and workflows, and setting up flows using the Flow Designer. Lastly, you will ensure documentation and knowledge transfer to guarantee project continuity.

What we expect from you

Technical skills and certifications:

ServiceNow CSA and ITSM certifications.
Extensive experience in large-scale implementation projects.
Proficiency in basic configurations (groups, users, roles).
Expertise in integrations: Data sources, ImportSets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub ETL, UpdateSets.
In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules (Incidents, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Change, Problem, CMDB) and experience with Service Operation Workspace.
Familiarity with Employee Center and ITIL best practices.
Proficiency in scripting (UI, Client, Business Rules, ACL).
Experience in creating catalog items: analysis with service owners, drafting analysis documents, creating forms and workflows, unit testing.
Knowledge of the Agile Development module and automation processes (sequencing RITM).
Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
