TMC is looking for a coordinating figure for the Product Support engineering team on aeronautical systems.

About this vacancy

The resource will lead Product Support Engineering activities, ensuring an effective and structured technical service: - Provide technical support to clients: troubleshooting and fault resolution - Draft technical support documentation (guides, bulletins, manuals) - Client coordination - Collaborate with engineering and product development teams - Manage support platforms (CRM, ticketing, FRACAS) and monitor service performance - Act as an interface for Quality, Airworthiness, Certification, Field Ops, and MRO partners - Coordinate support activities at BU sites (Italy and Canada)

What we expect from you

Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in product/technical support in the aviation sector (actuators and landing gear)
Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical systems (e.g., landing gear and/or actuation systems)
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel in Italy/abroad
