About this vacancy

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RAMS, system safety, and product validation, with a strong background in railway signaling systems and CENELEC standards.

Your challenges?

Define and implement safety strategies aligned with international standards and business objectives.
Oversee RAM, Independent Safety Validation, and System Assurance activities.
Ensure compliance with CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 standards and other applicable regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, and project management.

What we expect from you

Master’s Degree in an Engineering field
Proven track record in Safety Management ideally within the rail industry Previous experience in roles such as: System Assurance and Safety Manager, Product Validation Manager, RAMS Engineer, SW Test Engineer
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Results-oriented with attention to detail
Fluent in both Italian and English is a must
