Safety & System Assurance Engineer

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RAMS, system safety, and product validation, with a strong background in railway signaling systems and CENELEC standards. 

Your challenges? 

• Define and implement safety strategies aligned with international standards and business objectives. 
• Oversee RAM, Independent Safety Validation, and System Assurance activities. 
• Ensure compliance with CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 standards and other applicable regulations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, and project management. 

Qué esperamos de ti

• Master’s Degree in an Engineering field 
• Proven track record in Safety Management ideally within the rail industry Previous experience in roles such as: System Assurance and Safety Manager, Product Validation Manager, RAMS Engineer, SW Test Engineer 
• Strong leadership and project management skills 
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Results-oriented with attention to detail 
• Fluent in both Italian and English is a must 
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
