For the development of the Railway team, we are looking for a Power Supply & Traction Power Engineer involved in the development of power supply and electric traction projects for railway/metro systems.

About this vacancy
The resource will be involved in system integration activities, technical verification, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with the project's technical, quality, and timeline standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the identification, analysis, and resolution of PS & TP interfaces with the main subsystems (e.g., Signalling, Contact Wire, auxiliary systems).
- Ensure the delivery of Power Supply and Traction Power systems complies with engineering guidelines, quality standards, timelines, and costs.
- Collaborate with the Commissioning Manager for test planning and coordination of on-site operational activities in accordance with the project planning.
- Perform technical documentation verification activities for PS & TP in line with the V&V Plan.
- Conduct system tests, draft test reports, manage non-conformities according to quality procedures, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge capitalization and sharing (best practices, lessons learned) in the domain of Power Supply & Traction Power.
What we expect from you
Requirements Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in similar technical roles. - At least 1 year of experience in railway projects, preferably in the field of traction power and power supply. Technical skills: - Technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Transport Engineering, or equivalent). - Experience in power supply and traction projects, preferably in the metro rail sector. - Knowledge of design, verification, and commissioning activities for traction systems. - Ability to analyze interfaces between infrastructure subsystems. - Familiarity with testing procedures, V&V, and quality management. Languages: - Professional English (written and spoken). - Fluent Italian (considered a plus).
