At TMC, we are building the marketing team of the future. Not by adding more execution power, but by assembling a high-impact, complementary team based on creativity, data and technology.
As our Performance Marketer, you will take the lead in shaping how marketing contributes to measurable business growth. This is not a role where everything is already defined, this is a role where you help define it.
You will design and optimize the full marketing funnel, build the martech and data foundation, and turn insights into action. Working closely with sales, the team and external digital partners, you will drive performance, experimentation and scalable growth, helping build the system behind TMC’s international marketing organization.
What we expect from you
- You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience across key performance channels, including SEA, paid social (META, LinkedIn), email and SEO
- You think in funnels, conversion and ROI, not in isolated campaigns
- You are analytically strong and confident working with data, dashboards and KPIs
- You have experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
- You can collaborate effectively with sales on lead generation, qualification and pipeline growth
- You take ownership: you don’t wait for structure, you help build it
Strong plus if you:
- Have experience in B2B or a tech-driven environment
- Understand emerging topics like GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Have worked with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make)
- Can demonstrate clear, measurable impact from previous campaigns
