About this vacancy

As part of strengthening IT activities, the IT Coordinator will play the role of directly supporting the manager in charge of multiple projects. You will ensure the operational coordination of projects and service providers, while ensuring deadlines are met, communication is clear, and expected actions are properly executed.

You will act as a liaison with internal teams, technology providers, and business stakeholders. Your mission involves organizing, monitoring, and structuring the progress of tasks, while promptly identifying and escalating risks, deviations, or changes in scope.

This position offers an ideal framework for a profile aiming to progress, ultimately, toward roles such as Product Owner, Service Delivery Manager, or higher-responsibility IT positions.

What we expect from you

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a role involving coordination, project monitoring, or acting as an interface between technical teams and business teams.
You possess exemplary communication skills, both spoken and written, with French as your first language and professional English.
You are comfortable in IT environments without being a technical expert: you understand the challenges, regulations, service company models, and interactions between different stakeholders.
You are capable of:
- participating in workshops and following up on actions,
- coordinating providers and contracts,
- organizing, structuring, and prioritizing activities,
- clearly reporting progress status,
- alerting in case of risks, deviations, or deadline overshooting.
You are rigorous, organized, pragmatic, and display a proactive attitude.
You value agile, dynamic environments and medium-sized structures.
German is considered an asset.
