About this vacancy

In a context of **digital transformation** and evolving security infrastructures, we are looking for a **Level 1 IAM Security Engineer** to strengthen an IT security team. You will work on operational activities related to **identity and access management**, providing level 1 support, managing the user account lifecycle, and ensuring the consistency of access rights to applications. The assignment takes place in a structured environment, with significant challenges regarding security, process industrialization, and continuous improvement.

What we expect from you

Management of the user account lifecycle: creation, modification, and deletion
Implementation of access policies based on roles and responsibilities
Participation in the deployment, maintenance, and operation of IAM solutions
Handling level 1 support for incidents related to access and identities
Management of user requests and application access
Contribution to the documentation of IAM procedures
Close collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure consistency and compliance of access rights
Good understanding of IT security principles
Proficiency in directory management basics LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD
Practical experience in identity and access management (IAM)
Good understanding of RBAC and ABAC models
Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect)
Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Evidian IGA, Okta
Prior experience in user support is essential
Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is appreciated
Basic knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset, synthesis capabilities, and strong team spirit
Autonomy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
Proficiency in both French and English
