About this vacancy

We are looking for an **IBM Watson / AI Consultant** to support the deployment of artificial intelligence solutions designed for business use, particularly the creation and configuration of **AI agents** (chatbots, virtual assistants, decision-making agents). You will be involved end-to-end: gathering requirements from business teams, translating processes into **AI workflows**, configuring the agents within the IBM Watson environment, integrating with existing tools (CRM, ERP, document databases), followed by testing, production launch, and continuous improvement. You will also be involved in monitoring the agents' performance (conversation logs, KPIs) and optimizing NLP/NLU comprehension to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

What we expect from you

Ability to gather and formalize business needs (HR, customer service, IT, finance, etc.) and transform them into AI use cases with associated KPIs
Translation of business processes into workflows and drafting functional specifications understandable by both technical and non-technical teams
Proven experience in configuring AI agents: intents, entities, decision trees, business rules
Implementation and management of connectors: REST API / Webhooks, integration with business tools (CRM/ERP/documentary databases)
Connecting agents to various channels (web, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.) and validating conversational journeys
Testing scenarios, supporting the production deployment, and post-deployment monitoring
Analysis of conversational logs and continuous optimization: improving NLP/NLU understanding, adjusting workflows and automations
Proficiency or solid experience with IBM Watson Assistant, preferably IBM Watson Studio and IBM Cloud
Good understanding of API-oriented integration architectures and cloud environments (preferably IBM Cloud)
Familiarity with Low-Code / No-Code approaches applied to AI (advantageous)
Expected qualities: analytical mindset, autonomy, pedagogy, result-oriented, ability to work with diverse stakeholders
